This is an English translation of the French withdrawal and cancellation page. A customer who chose the English contract may use this page regardless of their approved market.
1. Withdraw within fourteen days
If you subscribed at a distance as a consumer, you generally have fourteen days to exercise your right of withdrawal. This period begins on the day you confirm the subscription and accept the contract. You do not have to give a reason.
To meet the deadline, send a message clearly stating that you wish to withdraw before the period ends. When the request is eligible, Stripe issues the refund using the payment method used for the subscription. Another method may be used only with your express agreement and at no cost to you.
If you expressly asked for the service to begin immediately, the part corresponding to the service actually supplied before the withdrawal request was received may be deducted from the refund. Merely using the service, deleting the account or opening the billing interface does not waive the right of withdrawal.
Send the withdrawal
The button below opens the withdrawal request directly in the Billing section of account settings. After you sign in, Plumelin checks the relevant subscription and shows the applicable deadline and estimated refund. The declaration lets you provide or confirm your first and last names, the contract reference and characteristics, and the email address for the acknowledgement. You then submit the request using a button labelled “Confirm withdrawal”.
A tracking reference is displayed when the request is recorded. An acknowledgement on a durable medium, containing the declaration and the date and time it was sent, is provided within a reasonable period.
If you cannot access this process, write promptly to hello@plumelin.com from the account address and include your contract reference if possible.
2. Stop the next renewal
The button below opens cancellation directly in the Billing section of account settings. After you sign in, Plumelin shows the relevant plan, the exact date paid access will end and the effects of the request before asking you to confirm. The request is then sent to Stripe, the account is updated and a tracking reference is displayed.
Effects of cancellation
- Automatic renewal stops.
- Unless you have a right to end the contract early, paid-plan access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
- On that date, the account returns to the Free plan and paid features are no longer available.
- Cancelling the subscription does not delete local projects.
The confirmation states the effective date. Export anything you want to keep before deleting an account.
Understand the difference
Withdrawal cancels a recent contract within the statutory period and may lead to a refund. Cancellation prevents the next renewal without cancelling the period already paid for. Account erasure deletes the associated data and immediately cancels any paid subscription that is still active.

Need help?
If you cannot access the account or the subscription status appears incorrect, write from the address used to subscribe to hello@plumelin.com. Never send a complete card number.
You may cancel through Plumelin or the subscription-management interface supplied by Stripe. In both cases Plumelin records the confirmation, sends a summary on a durable medium and maintains paid access until the confirmed effective date.
Model withdrawal form
This model is a fallback if you prefer to send the request by email or post. Copy it and replace the bracketed items. You do not have to use it if your message clearly states that you wish to withdraw.
